Who we are

What we collect and why

• Event enquiries. Name, email, phone, event type, date, guest numbers and your message, so we can reply and plan your event. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Table bookings. Made on OpenTable, which processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
• Website analytics. Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics records pages visited and actions such as booking clicks and menu downloads, with IP addresses anonymised. Lawful basis: your consent.
• Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us, to respond to you.

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of a booking we need to keep for accounting. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We only use optional analytics cookies if you choose Accept. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer.

• wtn_analytics_consent: remembers your cookie choice (stored in your browser, essential).
• _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics, set only after you accept; expire after up to 2 years.

Our pages also load content from third parties, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their policies: the brand film (Vimeo), the map (Google Maps), fonts (Google Fonts), and booking links (OpenTable).

Your rights
